FITFIRST BOXING CLASSES

Spare gloves are provided in our Boxing studio for you to borrow. We do however suggest purchasing your own wraps and gloves. These are available to purchase in studio.

BOXING CORE

Your workout consists of 2 circuits with 1:30 rest in between each circuit.
Each circuit consists of 16 exercises.
Start on the bags for Circuit 1, then move to the mats for your cardio and core drills in Circuit 2.
You need a pair of gloves and a rope or rebounder for this workout.

SHADOW BOXING

We work through various boxing drills in our Shadow Boxing workout.
This will improve your technique by focusing on the movement while holding weights, and not hitting the bags.
Complete each punch and combination as if you are hitting the bag.
Your workout consists of 3 circuits with 10 intervals each.
You need a set of dumbbells/weights and a rope or rebounder for this workout.

BOXING PYRAMIDS

Our Boxing Pyramids consists of 2 pyramids with ascending time intervals: 5 exercises for 30 seconds
5 exercises for 40 seconds
5 exercises for 50 seconds
1:30 minutes rest
Pyramid 1: On the Bags
Pyramid 2: On the Ropes or Rebounders
You need gloves and a rope or rebounder for this workout.

POWER BOXING

This workout consists of 3 different circuits, focussing on the power behind the punch.
Circuit 1 & 3 each have 6 intervals, while Circuit 2 as 15 intervals.
Make sure your wrists are locked, engage your core and your legs.
Slow it down, make it count.
You need gloves and a rope or rebounder for this workout.

BOXING EXTREME

Our BOXING EXTREME is a 45-minute workout, consisting of 4 different Circuits.
Each Circuit consists of 8 intervals, with 1 minute rest between each Circuit.
Circuit 1 & 2 are on the bags. Circuit 3 & 4 focus on shadow boxing with or without weights.
You need gloves, dumbbells or wrist weights and a rope or rebounder for this workout.
