Enjoy FitFirst’s smart training experience in our Strong Studio – onscreen instruction, music at a volume of your choice, a trainer to guide and assist you and did we mention the weights ? Lots of weights. Dumbbells . Benchpresses. Squat Racks. Barbells. Everything you need for a 45 minute HIIT Resistance Workout. Same FitFirst concept, just more iron!
We’ve divided the week into muscle specific workouts , so you can target the muscle groups you want! Each workout includes a dynamic warmup and important form guidelines for each exercise. There is a trainer on deck during each session to make sure you’re completing each exercise correctly. Be sure to book your sessions in advance, space is limited to 6 participants per session.
