Workouts are displayed onscreen to keep you better informed of what you need to do, when you need to do it and how you need to do it. Our smart studio solution allows you to control the volume with our Bluetooth headphones and earphones. You have 2 options:

Workouts are time based, with a “beep” signaling the start of an interval, on 10 seconds remaining, and on 3, 2, 1, signaling the end of an interval. If you are unable to perform any of the exercises, if you have an injury or would prefer an alternative workout, our trainers will gladly personalize a workout for you, no sweat!

Rebounding – an impact free cardio solution

Rebounding is another fantastic form of cardio – it is skipping’s cousin, but without any impact. Due the non - impact nature of rebounding, it is particularly beneficial for individuals who have not exercised for a long period of time. Jumping on a mini trampoline, referred to as “rebounding” is for anyone and everyone. Do not mistake “bouncing on a mini - trampoline” for something less challenging.
