Booking your sessions online allows you to manage your training timetable easily and effectively. You can attend our variety of workouts whenever you want, and as frequently as you want.

Please be sure to book your sessions in advance. Space is limited, so attendance is subject to a successful online booking. You can book, reschedule or cancel your sessions up to 5 minutes before – so you’re never too late. If you are unable to attend your booked session, please cancel your session so that your space is available for someone else.
